Design, planning and construction project management

In addition to our residential and commercial building services, Way offers design and planning services and feasibility studies for your latest project. Using our in-house CAD facility, we can produce Planning and Building Regulation drawings for your project. With the assistance of our designer, we can also produce internal and external layouts for one-off designs.

Way carries full P.I. insurance for design, and provides a full service inclusive of structural engineering calculations. All of our design services are available whether or not you choose to use Way for the construction project.
